Forward Lunges

It's never too early to learn correct form when it comes to working out.  

We have to create habits early in life so children will  understand  what it takes to be fit! 

In order to be successful in anything in life we as adults know that it takes hard work and discipline.

Children have to be taught this concept,  they have to be trained at an early age to understand  that pain equals progress.

We will teach kids this concept and get them excited about being strong , eating healthy and living a fit lifestyle.

Sessions will be held on Saturday Mornings. Parents can drop their kids off or stay and watch. All sessions are supervised at a 1 instructor to 4 child ratio to ensure safety.  Contact us for pricing and schedule.

Bicep curls

It is OK to begin resistance training at an early age. Children are able to do way more than we give them credit for.

Leg Extension

Building lower body strength is key to being explosive in sports and activities. This will give your kids the edge they need to be successful in sports like baseball, football, basketball, track, even tennis.
