This basically means we guide you step by step on what you should and should not be eating on a daily basis. We do a full assessment and determine what your recommended daily caloric Intake should be, based on your BMI. Then we evaluate your current diet and eating habits to see where you're going wrong so that we can correct it. Sometimes it may not be WHAT you're eating, but WHEN or HOW MUCH you’re eating. Diet is at least 80% of the process when it comes to losing weight.
