Our S.S.A.T. program is designed for any athlete who wants to be the best at what they do. Do you think LeBron James became the best player in the world by only training on the court? No! Professional athletes go through a vigorous regimen of off the field/court training including weights, agility, speed and balance exercises. With this program we concentrate on improving the skills needed to be the best in your specific sport. Basketball players are required to have great lateral movement, the ability to stop and go on a dime, above average vertical jumping ability. These are all skills that can be learned, improved and perfected. We work with athletes of all sports including football, basketball, track, tennis, golf, even swimmers. In order to be the best that you can be and to get that D-1 offer you must outwork everyone! Not just on your team or in your town but be the hardest worker In the state.
