Xtreme Fitness offers individual kickboxing lessons for any client who wants to learn. You will learn the basics of how to throw punches, blocks, kicks and how to avoid getting hit. Kickboxing is one of the most exhilarating, high intensity workouts that there is out there. Not only will you sweat, burn tons of calories and have fun, it is a great way to blow off some steam after a tough day at the office or an argument with your boo! Sometimes you just gotta hit something. It's not only fun but you actually learn the basics of self defense and how to handle yourself in real life situations. Clients can purchase kickboxing sessions separately or choose to include it along with your regular workout program at no additional charge. It's a fun way to mix it up sometimes and still get a great workout.
